Audit Department

The Audit Department performs an annual audit on each Fund member to determine if any adjustments need to be made to the amount of premiums paid. Once reviewed and processed, the audit may result in a refund to the Fund member or an additional amount due the Fund.

Claims Department

On each workers' compensation claim filed, the Claims Department determines coverage, makes appropriate benefit payments, and brings the claim to its conclusion.

Premium Department

Processes monthly, annual, and audit premium payments made by each Fund member. Checks, Visa and Mastercard, and ACH are all methods of payment that are accepted by the Premium Department.

Underwriting Department

For companies performing business in the construction industry, the Underwriting Department reviews and determines if new applicants meet the established underwriting criteria. If met, the applicant's workers' compensation coverage is provided by the KY AGC/SIF.
