History

For the past 40 years, the Kentucky AGC Self Insurers’ Fund has provided stable workers’ compensation coverage to members.  Formed in 1979 by a group of contractors in need of workers’ compensation, the Fund has grown remarkably over its history and continues to add members through trade association memberships every year.

Building on our rich history of insurin contractors across the state of Kentucky, The Fund continues to look for opportunities to support members and their businesses. The Fund has provided stable workers’ compensation for over 40 years and is a leader in the marketplace.
